- Team participation means that both members represent the same school.
- The top scorers of each school will be asked to pair up with a team member who has already made it on the merit list and would have qualified as a top scorer in earlier stages of the competition. It will be the school’s responsibility to constitute and nominate this team.
- Once a team has been nominated/formed, teams or individual members of a team can’t be changed.
IQL Delta Quiz Zonal Screening:
- Wild Card teams will be chosen based on cumulative scores of both contestants.
- Wild Card Teams will also be required to participate in the Zonal Screening test. However, they will have immunity, which means, they will get to participate in the Zonal Prelims irrespective of their scores in this Screening test. Both contestants of a team will participate individually.
- The Zonal Screening test will be conducted via the Zoom App before each of the Zonal Prelims on the same day. Therefore, there will be 4 such screening tests, 1 per zone.
- Top 24 teams (including 1 Wild Card team) will attempt this quiz at the same time, in a single Zoom session.
- The screening quiz will be played individually. However, cumulative team scores will be considered for advancement to the Zonal Prelims.
- Results will be consolidated and announced soon after the quiz.
- Selected contestants will have to show up for their Zonal Prelims appearance at very short notice.
- Top 11 teams + 1 Wild Card team will get to participate in the Zonal Prelims.
